I reported insects in the room, dirty tap water, and a blocked, filthy drainage system, but three days later nothing had been done. I arrived on June 24th and the night shift staff were kind and accommodating when assigning my room. I went to reception at 8:00 AM, but the receptionist was unavailable, then returned at 9:15 AM to report the problems personally. I also raised them during the day and evening shifts. The lack of action has been extremely disappointing and seriously affected my stay.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are very very friendly, and the free valet parking is a great extra. My only concern is the location, since heavy traffic and roadwork make the neighborhood difficult at the moment. Hopefully that won’t last much longer. Aside from that, this place is terrific.

This is a good service apartment with plenty of facilities, including a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The price feels a little high, although it remains one of the least expensive accommodation options in the neighbourhood.

For an affordable price, this is a very good place to stay. It has the facilities needed to relax and gives the feeling of having a home in Abu Dhabi, which makes me want to come back.
