For two weeks, a sewage smell has been coming from the ceiling, and it’s unbearable. The maintenance team keeps sending people to inspect and take pictures, but no one provides an actual solution. I’ve called the call center more than 5-8 times. The supervisor has never followed up, visited, or even called. There is no proper coordination, accountability, or professionalism. They keep delaying the work until the day ends and say, “we’ll continue later.” After two weeks, this is beyond frustrating. There has been no real action, no proper technicians, and no respect for residents’ time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Park View sits opposite the renowned New York University Abu Dhabi and includes 217 hotel apartments plus 207 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. One of its distinctive facilities is a floating infinity pool 30 meters above ground, set on the bridge linking the two buildings. Its location also puts it near New York University Abu Dhabi and within a short drive of major tourist spots, hotels, golf courses, and beaches. These include the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Cultural District, and leisure attractions on Yas Island.

It’s a beautiful place to visit.

I really should’ve read the comments before moving here. There are management and engineering problems, AC issues, water and pipe issues, humidity, and now construction has started in front of the building. They were still working at 1:40 AM on Sunday.
