Yas Plaza Marina

Jas Plaza Marina was a great base for visiting the theme parks and other attractions. The food was excellent, especially the buffet, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everyone, from reception and restaurant service to management, was kind, smiling, and helpful. Special thanks to the concierge Asgar for his outstanding help and organization. The pool is small but pleasantly warm. We had nothing to complain about and would highly recommend the hotel.

This was a comfortable family stay, with good rooms, food, service, and staff. The play area and pool were a hit with the kids, and the hotel was easy for families. Asgar ali at the concierge desk was especially helpful, and the lady at reception who arranged the theme park tickets was also great. Everything else went perfectly. One uncomfortable incident involved Daisy at breakfast. We asked for two pancakes on a plate for the children, who were running around outside the hotel, and she took the plate from my husband's hand, even though other families were taking food in their kids' tiffin. Her attitude felt rude, unprofessional, and strange. She needs more training.

Families are well catered for here, with a kids' club, soft play area, and a children's pool that always had a lifeguard on duty. The hotel also has excellent facilities and views over the F1 race track. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast had plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, especially with shuttle buses available for nearby attractions.

Yas Plaza marina Hotels on Yas Island was a great fit for our family. The location made visiting Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and Warner Bros. very easy, since everything was only minutes away. The spacious rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were warm and courteous from check-in through check-out. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices for both adults and kids. After long days at the theme parks, the pool, common areas, and general atmosphere were relaxing. The family-friendly service and easy hospitality exceeded our expectations. Yas Plaza Hotels offers strong value, and we would happily stay again and recommend it for a family trip to Abu Dhabi.
