There was a bed bug in the beds and a cockroach in the kitchen. The room smelled bad, and the washing machine wasn’t working.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are helpful and do respond when I need assistance. My only issue is that whenever I ask for something to be brought to the room, it takes longer than usual. Still, everyone here is really good.

We left after only a few hours because the experience was so bad. The staff didn’t speak English, the room was old, heavily used, and dirty, and there was a bad smell. While we were getting ready to check out, a man stood in the room watching us, apparently to make sure we didn’t take anything from the property. The staff behaved like snobs in a high class hotel, but the place itself was rubbish and not worth one dollar.

The stay was terrible. For two nights, the cleaner left the floor wetter after cleaning. When I asked for water, two bottles a day, I was told it had run out. The bathroom had no towels, just one small towel for the baby, and larger ones had to be ordered before they brought them. There were only two irons for all the guests. Awful.
