Alain Palace Hotel Ajman

The hotel charged my bank card twice for one room reservation and has still not resolved it. At the front desk, the receptionist said the first payment had been declined and asked me to pay again. My bank then confirmed that both transactions had gone through and told me to wait 30 days for the refund. More than 30 days have now passed, with no money returned. The hotel has stopped responding to my calls and messages, so I’ll escalate the matter and take legal action if necessary.

From arrival onward, the staff were attentive, polite, and professional. I liked the spacious modern room, comfortable bed, and separate seating area, while the bathroom felt luxurious and had premium toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of fresh choices, and the hotel had an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.

We booked a hotel apartment for a night, paying 400 AED and something more, but left because it was terribly dirty. The kitchen smelled strongly of spices, and the bathtub was very dirty too. I didn’t even take pictures before we ran away. Parking is outside, so in summer you should expect your car to be extremely hot.

The hotel was peaceful, spotless, and very well maintained. Housekeeping and reception were especially professional and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting somewhere clean, quiet, and comfortable.
