Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

The food was tasty and of good quality, which is the main reason I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. The service, however, was disappointing during most of our five-night stay. With the full board option, we expected an easy holiday, but restaurant staff often acted as though our requests were a bother. We usually had to repeat everything at least three times, otherwise they would agree and then do nothing. There were two service teams, and the first four days were particularly poor. Only when a new team arrived on the final day did dining feel relaxed. Housekeeping was also below expectations and improved only after we complained. If room cleanliness and a comfortable dining experience matter to you, you may leave disappointed. Otherwise, it might suit you.

Our family had a great Valentine’s Day stay with Bahi, and we were even given the chance to upgrade our room, which was amazing 😍. The place was beautiful, but I especially loved the staff’s hospitality. It also felt like a family-friendly hotel, with lots of families around. Hearing the children and families laughing by the pool made me feel safe and relaxed.

We were kindly upgraded to a huge, smart one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen larger than those in many ordinary apartments. There was only a tea and coffee setup and a microwave, though, with no crockery, cutlery, or other kitchenware, so long-stay guests may need to ask management for some. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and eating outside in the cooler weather was lovely. Dinner at the a la carte Dragons Place was mixed, with attentive service and very good sushi, but some other dishes were average and dull. The hotel is handsome and still pleasant, although the Corniche is under reconstruction until at least 2026, leaving nowhere to walk outside. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

The resort had a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere and excellent hospitality. Mr. Hassan deserves special thanks for his professionalism and support, which made our stay more comfortable and memorable. The kids’ entertainment staff were also amazing, energetic, caring, and constantly kept the children happy and engaged. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to visit again.
