Ewan Ajman Suites Hotel

I’m still staying at the hotel, and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The kitchen is old and damaged, and using it felt unsafe because you can’t properly see the heat level. At times it seemed as if the entire kitchen could burn. I stopped using it and have eaten outside every day. On the first day I asked whether they could provide a pan, and the response made things even worse. Breakfast is included in my rate, but the only food available is Indian food. There are a few boiled eggs that don’t smell good, plus croissants and bread that seem to be from the day before or possibly two days earlier. The water dispensers are in poor condition. The kitchen can make an egg omelette, which is the only positive point, but the Executive Chef looks at you badly, as though you are already asking for too much. They claim to wash the dishes, but I mostly use the glasses and later realized they use Shampoo as dish washer 😂😂. The reception and housekeeping staff try to help where they can, but this clearly seems to be a management problem. The hotel feels abandoned. This morning I spoke with reception, and they put me on the phone with the Operations Manager. He said he would call around 12.30 /13.00 to meet me at reception and help resolve the situation. He also said, "but Sir you know this is hotel apartment...", which I’m not sure how to understand. I waited for his call at the hotel and reception until about 14.30. He finally called at 15.15, when I was already out trying to find food and take care of other things. I’ve never seen such a mess. Maybe I’ll write another day about the other business on the Top Floor, but I’d rather not mention it here. Considering the money I’ve spent eating outside and how I feel in this place, I could have chosen an apartment hotel with better services and room equipment. I feel very bad about staying here, especially because of the disrespect from the Operations Manager and Executive Chef. Nobody deserves that treatment. Really sad.
