2/10
The reception lady was nice, but the hotel is surrounded by shisha places. Inside, there was a strong cigarette smell, the dirty bed sheets were disappointing, and the elevator was always stuck. The automatic corridor lights also took too long to come on.

8/10
It was a quiet and peaceful week, with good service and all the necessary equipment available. Room service was good too. The elevator was extremely slow, and at least one was almost always under maintenance. There is also no common laundromat.

10/10
The rooms were very clean, the prices are affordable for everyone, and it is genuinely a beautiful hotel that I’d recommend. The only problem was outside, where thick dust and broken roads made the surroundings unpleasant. We hope those roads will be repaired. Thank you to everyone responsible for this excellent work.

A very peaceful stay. The reception staff were helpful, and all the other staff were ready to provide good service promptly. Perfect.

2/10
The room was dirty and had many cockroaches. Reception treated guests very rudely, especially Ahmed, who was impolite and disrespectful. The woman working the morning shift was just as rude. In general, this was an extremely bad experience at marhaba apartment. My rating is minus 0, _0.
