OYO 211 Al Rayan Hotel

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff behaved well. Housekeeping was good too.

The staff are the best thing about this place. They were kind and polite. We checked in at 12:20pm, but instead of staying the full 24 hours, we left at 7am the next day. The room was spacious and looked clean, although there were hairs under the sheets, so it seemed they had only been rearranged rather than changed. The furniture is old but maintained, and the TV is outdated. The bed is extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor. A green blinking Wi-Fi router light was disturbing, and the smoke detector went off at 3pm, 11pm, and 3am even though we don't smoke. Our baby kept crying because of it. People upstairs were partying and stomping nonstop until 11pm. How was that allowed? We felt tired and restless staying here.

The hotel is relatively new and clean, with daily room service, and the reception was very friendly. Mr. Zain was especially accommodating. We enjoyed the flexible check-in and check-out policy during our 10-day + 1-day stay. A late arrival could mean a late departure, and we booked directly by phone. Parking the rental car was the one irritating part. We eventually found a space after some searching and patience, though it was a little far away. Sometimes we were lucky enough to park at the entrance. Breakfast and other meals were available in the restaurant downstairs, and all amenities were within walking distance. The value for money was great. After checking out, the Iran-Qatar rocket situation meant we had to remain in the UAE for another night. Mr. Zain immediately helped us return to the hotel, where we stayed without worry until our flight the next day. If we return to the UAE, we'll stay here again. Keep it up.

The rooms at this Ajman hotel are very large, clean, and comfortable, while still being affordable. I especially appreciated how quickly the Receptionist and Concierge responded when we arrived. The staff services were excellent, and I plan to visit again. Keep up the good work.
