OYO 366 Waves Hotel

There’s a man at reception who doesn’t seem to know how to deal with guests. This was one of the worst hotels in Ajman.

The sheesha lounge was one of my favorite parts, a good spot to unwind in the evening. The spa and salon were also top-notch, with plenty of pampering treatments. I liked the spacious villa-style rooms, their clean condition, and the beautiful decor. With the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views, the whole stay felt very relaxing. Waves Hotel is a luxurious, quiet getaway, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room wasn’t clean. I found hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, and the furniture was dusty. I reported everything to the front office and asked them to clean it, but nobody dealt with the request before I left. The front office staff were rude and didn’t know how to speak to guests. They also expected guests to understand their internal arrangements with third parties.

It’s a great place to hang out with friends and have sheesha. The prices are reasonable and much cheaper than other cafes offering the same service. They just need to replace the chairs with comfortable sofas.
