The location, room size, and general service were positives, and the room itself was clean. However, there was no daily cleaning, no extra towels, and no spare toilet paper or tissues. Sleeping was also difficult because the two adults in the next room were making very loud and inappropriate noises. I called reception, but nothing changed and the noise did not even get quieter. I also spilled coffee by accident and had to use a towel because there was nothing available for cleaning. At checkout, I was charged 50 Dirhams because they said the towel required extra washing. That seemed unfair, since 50 Dirhams could buy several towels at an ordinary market. Not recommended if you care about quiet and proper service.

The three-day stay was disappointing because several basic things were missing or inadequate. There was no hot water, the internet was extremely weak, and the room had no electric kettle or tea supplies. The carpet was poor quality and the dustbins were tiny. I was also surprised that a bottle of water was charged separately.

I made a booking for a friend at 279.20 on booking.com. When the guest arrived at the hotel, he was asked to pay 400 AED instead.

For the past three years, I have returned to this hotel many times because the welcome is consistently warm. The staff are its strongest feature, from the front desk team who greet me with genuine interest to the knowledgeable concierge. Every visit starts with friendly smiles in the lobby, and the entire team regularly goes beyond what is expected to make my stay feel special. Their hospitality is the main reason the hotel has made such a strong impression on me.
