We stayed for eight days last week, and it was a terrible experience. The apartment we booked was supposed to have a kitchen, but it didn't look like the pictures. The whole room was unclean and wasn't properly maintained. Some of the female staff treated our questions like a joke, although the female staff member with glasses was genuinely kind and nice. In the evening there were three male staff members, and one shorter man was especially rude and didn't know how to interact with guests. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are cheap quality, the locks are broken, and the carpets are dirty. The money isn't worth it. 00/10

The staff were extremely rude, and the rooms weren't good enough for the price. They didn't provide any amenities. My parents stayed for three days, and I wanted to visit them, eat breakfast or lunch with them, and then leave. The reception staff shouted at me and said I had to pay extra if I wanted to remain in the room, even after I explained that I was their son. On another day, I only wanted to give my mother some food and leave. When I asked for a female staff member to take it to her, the male employee rudely told me to call my mom instead. I explained that she was old and asked to enter, but he still refused. I strongly recommend not visiting this place at all.

This place isn't suitable for families. Don't book online. See the hotel with your own eyes before making a reservation.

The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The quality was very poor, especially considering how high the rate was.
