Mr. Souvik, the Hotel Manager at Saj Hotel, deserves special thanks for supporting us throughout our two-day event. He was helpful from the beginning until the end and made sure customer requests were addressed. The whole team was well coordinated and provided commendable service. Great job to everyone.

After staying for two weeks, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms were poor, and my non-smoking room still smelled of smoke even though it was on the non-smoking floor. Guest handling and management were also poor. The receptionist argued instead of listening and trying to understand the problem. They seemed ready to debate every issue, but they did not solve it. I would not choose this place again.

Al Saj Hotel Ajman was a very good choice for our Valaikappu function. The venue was spacious, welcoming, and well maintained, and the ambience suited the occasion perfectly. Our guests really enjoyed the food, especially the variety and taste. The stage decoration was elegant and matched what we had pictured for the event. The staff and event team were friendly, supportive, and well organized from start to finish, which kept everything smooth and stress-free. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Al Saj Hotel for family celebrations and functions, as well as for a stay.

The hotel itself was fine, but the front desk interaction left me very disappointed. I called about changing rooms, and when I asked for clarification, the receptionist became impatient, raised his voice, and ended the call suddenly. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest simply trying to understand the situation. I hope management improves how staff communicate with guests.
