It’s a good hotel for single guests who want to have fun. For couples, though, things are a bit more difficult.

Tulip Building sits in a prime spot on the Ajman Cornish and has direct sea views. Managed by Royal Suites company, it is close to the beach, with the sand only 10 meters from the entrance. Cafes, restaurants, bars, beauty salons, and 24/7 supermarkets are nearby, along with plenty of daily activities. The residences are uniquely designed, with well-planned layouts and attractive interior features.

The night security guard has a very bad attitude and shows no respect to visitors. He calls people using bad language. This was my first time entering, and I felt there was no respect for customers. Please speak to him about it.

We enjoyed staying at Wasim apartment in this pleasant tower. The building has direct views of the sea and beach, and the staff were very friendly.

Like many cheaper hotels in Ajman, this one has a few drawbacks, but it is still good value for money. Free parking, free WiFi, laundry, and ironing facilities are available.
