Al Bada Resort

The food was below average, badly presented, smelled unpleasant, and seemed to have been prepared or stored without proper hygiene. I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it. The common areas were dirty and unhygienic, and the overall management fell far below basic hospitality standards. Our villa was somewhat better, but important basics were missing. There were no shower towels, tissues, water bottles, or tea and coffee-making facilities. The gas inside the villa did not work, and the living-room air conditioning was also not functioning properly. Getting help was another major problem. Nobody answered room service or reception calls. After repeated complaints and speaking directly to the restaurant manager, we finally received just two bottles of water at around 11 PM. The experience was stressful, especially for a family with children, because hygiene, comfort, and service all failed. Although several platforms advertise this property as a 4-star resort, it felt more like a poorly maintained 2-star property and did not deserve even 1 star. I would not recommend it for a family getaway or relaxing vacation.

The activities included with our stay added plenty of fun and relaxation, and the staff made the whole visit even better. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. Al Bada Resort was well maintained and everything had been arranged properly. We also enjoyed the food, which had good quality, variety, and flavor. It was a memorable stay, and we would definitely like to come back.

Al Bada Resort in Al Ain gave us the peaceful family break we were hoping for. The villas were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of comfort and privacy. Staff members were friendly and always willing to help. The kids’ play zone and go-karting area were particular highlights, and we also enjoyed the pool. Food at the restaurant was delicious and varied, while the overall setting felt calm and refreshing. We’d happily visit again.

Having the whole villa to ourselves made the stay feel like a home away from home. There was private parking, plenty of privacy, and a warm atmosphere surrounded by pleasant scenery. The resort was cozy, peaceful, and comfortable from the beginning. The swimming pool was one of the best parts. It was clean and well maintained, whether we wanted a refreshing daytime dip or a quiet swim in the evening. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone wanting a comfortable, private retreat with good amenities.
