Alberni Hotel and Resort

The views and pool facilities made this a particularly enjoyable family break from the pace of daily life. We booked four rooms, and the whole stay was pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was consistently excellent, with professional, attentive, and welcoming restaurant staff. Mr. Mostafa deserves special thanks for his outstanding hospitality and for checking regularly that we had what we needed. Lakshmi was also very supportive and helped make the visit comfortable and memorable. The one improvement I’d suggest is allowing access to the balcony. Being able to open the balcony door would have been more convenient with children and would have let us enjoy the outdoor area and views more easily. Even so, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back.

After seven visits to Albirni Resort, the hospitality is still consistently outstanding. Lexmi at reception deserves special thanks for her professionalism, sincere support, and warm smile. She always makes us feel genuinely welcome and valued, and her positive attitude leaves a lasting impression. We highly recommend the resort, and this definitely won’t be our last visit.

The serene scenery and warm hospitality are what make Al Berni Resort Al Ain one of my favourite destinations. Every stay feels memorable, and I’d personally recommend this beautiful place to everyone. The pool can be uncomfortable, with people swimming in underwear or even full clothes, loud children, and a big-bellied man smoking and staring at you. Breakfast is basic and only acceptable. The place is also very boring unless you’re prepared to drive 20 min to Al-Ain city. Parking is scarce when the hotel is full. Only one restaurant is available, and all three restaurants in the adjacent Oryx Hotel use the same kitchen and menu. The staff are helpful, but the room only gives you part of the mountain view. The top overview of Al-Ain City can be seen from the restaurants, not from the rooms. Summer is still extremely hot. They waste energy by leaving the central water heater on, so a summer shower can be 45 degrees+ from both ways. Our room had little ants everywhere and not even one carpet.
