Ayla Grand Hotel

George and the entire hotel staff were very accommodating during our event and helped everything run smoothly. We really appreciated their hospitality. The food and service were both great, and I highly recommend them.

Grand Ayla Hotel is a convenient base for exploring Al Ain, with Al Ain mall within walking distance and a small grocery store and pharmacy on the same street. The rooftop pool was a nice feature, and the facilities also included a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the friendly and excellent staff at the omelet station. The gym had most of the equipment needed for a good workout. The concierge team, particularly Mr. Arun, helped us with our bags and was very friendly, while the front desk was always available and helpful. My husband and I had a great stay and would happily return.

Ayla Grand Hotel has made our long-term stay feel like home. The rooms are attractive and practical, and the food is varied and high quality. Since I'm vegan and don't use oil for health reasons, the kitchen has adjusted several dishes for me. Every department has made an effort to keep us comfortable, from management and supervisors to housekeeping, reception, chefs, restaurant staff, bellmen, maintenance, IT, and electricians. We especially value Sampurna, our housekeeper. She is always cheerful and pleasant, cleans our rooms thoroughly, and works beyond what we expect. She deserves special recognition as an exemplary employee. We appreciate the small things the hotel and its staff are empowered to do for us and other residents. Thank you to management for making our stay so comfortable.

Ayla Grand Hotel is quiet, clean, and only a very short walk from Al Ain Mall. The gym is very nice, parking caused no problems, and the service made our stay comfortable. All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and always greeted us with a smile. Deriecka at reception deserves a special mention for being so helpful and communicating clearly and confidently. Everyone else was good too. We loved and enjoyed our stay, and hope to see them again soon.
