The room is clean and great, but the pool really needs maintenance. It’s freezing when the air is cold, so it should be warmer. Arabica also needs to rethink its food. Most of what we tried was cold, and after that we ordered through delivery apps. There weren’t really suitable choices for allergies or certain diets, or perhaps they had simply run out. I wish there were more dairy-free milks and more international food, since Arabic food is nice but I don’t want it every day. The room service food was good, though it also needs more international options. The hotel itself is fun, relaxing, and comfortable. Al vin, our room cleaner, is respectful, considerate, kind, and very good at his job. The reception staff are friendly too, as are the people who bring bags to the rooms. I’m not sure of the security worker’s name, but he feeds a cat along with some of the other staff. The cat is so cute and adds charm, making the hotel feel even more welcoming. 😊💕

I’m still staying at Danat Al Ain Resort, but I wanted to write this before checking out because the experience has been so good. The resort’s atmosphere and service have exceeded my expectations, especially our time at Arabesque. Mr. Omar has been the real highlight. I believe he is the manager, although what stood out most was how humble and hands-on he was with guests. He didn’t just supervise from a distance. He personally interacted with customers in such a down-to-earth way that management schools could take notes from him. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our dining experience at Arabesque unforgettable and lifted the whole stay. Mr. Omar is a phenomenal asset to Danat Al Ain Resort. Thank you for treating guests like royalty with such grace and humility. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced for the quality. Our food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented, while the friendly staff kept the service quick and attentive. I’d definitely recommend the restaurant and plan to return. Mr. Omer, thank you for celebrating my birthday. Your kind wishes and thoughtfulness made the day very special, and I truly appreciate your support and friendship.

The green surroundings are child-friendly, and there are plenty of amenities to choose from. Katherine at the front office made our check-in smooth and arranged a baby cot in our room. Maysa also made checking out easy and even allowed us more time by the pool afterward. Thank you, Danat, for the warm welcome. I highly recommend it for a family stay and look forward to coming back.
