After staying here for a couple of months, I really felt at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities are excellent. The hotel combines comfort with professional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Cathy from housekeeping deserves special thanks. She looked after my room with care every day, always thorough, attentive, and kind. Her positive attitude and eye for detail made a real difference to my comfort. Staff like Cathy are what take a hotel stay from good to exceptional. I’d recommend Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain for short or long stays and would gladly return.

The convenient location made this stay even better, with a mall right next door and easy basement parking. I was there in early January and enjoyed seeing the Christmas tree still up, which gave the hotel a festive feel. My room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The friendly, welcoming staff also made it easy to relax. I’d definitely stay here again.

The pool and gym were my favorite parts of the stay, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with amenities that all worked properly. It was a great setup for relaxing. The main restaurant serves tasty, varied, delicious food with a nice presentation. All the chefs and staff were welcoming and helpful, especially chef Hassan and chef sayed. A very good experience, and I recommend it.

Raja, the housekeeping supervisor, made a big difference during my two-night stay. He did everything he could to ensure I was comfortable. The place was clean and comfortable, with shops and lulu supermarket nearby, and the food was spectacular. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The gym is fully equipped, and the hotel also has a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, a huge swimming pool, and outdoor activity space. I’d like to come back in summer too. I enjoyed my pleasant two-night stay. The hotel is next to the mall, with a LULU and several shops, and breakfast was great. The lunch buffet was good as well. My room was very clean, and every staff member I met was polite and friendly. Thank you.
