Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Al Ain

Tonight’s dinner buffet at Radisson Blu Al Ain Hotel was excellent, and I’m especially grateful to Mohammed Moussa. He prepared the food in a special way for us, and my wife and I loved both the taste and presentation. Most importantly, my son, who had not been eating well for several days, ate a full meal tonight. Mohammed Moussa created a wonderful evening for our family. He is outstanding. Many thanks, Mohammed, and thank you to the hotel.

The housekeeping team, especially Mr. Deepak and his associate, kept our room exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout the stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were clear every day. Room service also made our anniversary more special by arranging a beautiful cake. We had a very comfortable stay at Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts, with excellent facilities and warm hospitality. I’m sincerely grateful to the restaurant team, Manager Ritu, Laukik Joshi from live station, Rabin, Jacob, Bikram, Sheila and Aji, for their friendly, attentive, and professional service. The care shown by the staff reflects the high standards of Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts, Al Ain. I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable, memorable stay and look forward to returning.

The Cobra Slide was a fantastic addition and made our visit even more fun. Club House Restaurant is also a great place for casual meals or family time, with prompt, friendly, attentive service. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared. The burgers, chicken quesadillas, and Signature Cocktails are particular favorites and among the best I’ve had. Special thanks to Mr. Rubel and his team for the excellent hospitality. ❤️

Our daughter’s birthday stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Al Ain, from February 28 to March 1, was disappointing despite a clean room, a friendly and welcoming bellboy, and the baby crib we requested. The room took 30-40 minutes to be ready. When I asked reception for a breastfeeding area, I was told there wasn’t one and given no alternative, so I had to feed my baby in the women’s restroom. That was uncomfortable and unexpected for a family-oriented hotel. We had requested a small birthday surprise before arrival, but the staff at check-in told us to call when we were ready. Later, the team on duty had no record of it, promised to check and call back, and never followed up. The poor internal communication was particularly frustrating for a special occasion. The family pool, which was the main reason we chose the hotel, was closed. We received an email about this one day before arrival, but Booking.com did not make it clear when we booked. The alternative pool arrangement didn’t feel fully safe for children because the slide landing area overlaps the kids’ swimming area. My daughter was hit by a float while swimming. She wasn’t injured, thankfully, and the lifeguard helped immediately, but the setup didn’t feel ideal. We also had to leave at 3:00 AM because my husband, a government paramedic, received an emergency call. We missed the included breakfast and couldn’t fully enjoy the stay. I’d rate it 4/10, mainly for the clean room and friendly bell staff. Better communication, coordination, and family-focused service would have made a major difference.
