The location near Al Ain Mall was a major advantage, and I found the hotel convenient and pleasant for a three-day stay. The staff were top-notch, with real effort and attention to detail that helped keep me comfortable. Thanks especially to the housekeeping and front desk teams for their exceptional service. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a convenient stay in Al Ain.

I wanted somewhere near the Mall, so I had someone book this place for me. When I arrived, there was a Kabayan at reception, which made me very happy hehe. The room was missing towels and indoor slippers, so I had to ask reception for them. At checkout they inspected the room, and I joked that I hadn’t taken anything, since there was hardly anything inside to take anyway 😆😄

The apartment at Top Hotel Apartments was spacious, clean, and in a convenient location, making it a reasonable choice for a short stay. Unfortunately, outside noise came through easily because the building isn’t well insulated, which made relaxing difficult. The curtains were another issue. They didn’t block the sunlight properly, so the room became bright early in the morning. Improving the soundproofing and curtain quality would make the experience much better.

There was a dirty black straw under the couch, and we also found many cockroaches and other dirty matters. The Wi-Fi was poor. The people working there were good and did their best, though.

It’s a great apartment, clean and quiet, with a convenient location. The staff were gentle, cooperative, and helpful.
