The warm welcome from the main chef and the helpful Filipina supervisor really made the meal feel special. The chef came out to ask how everything was, and the supervisor gladly helped with our food requests. At Waves Restaurant in Rotana Fujairah Resort, the steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with a delicious sauce. The gentleman chef sliced it at our table and even offered to take some nice photos first ☺️. Wonderful food and hospitality, highly recommended!

Moe looked after our table so smoothly, special thanks to him. We had the seafood mix grill with a spectacular lemon butter sauce, and the atmosphere was easygoing. From the seating area, you can see part of the kitchen, which looked very neat.

The jumbo shrimp were outstanding, possibly the best I’ve ever had. After that came a creme brulee, which was a lovely follow-up. What an amazing dinner, highly recommend it!
