OYO 137 Clifton International Hotel

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable largely because the staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. Sona and Anila, thank you both for the excellent hospitality and service.

We only needed one night in Fujairah for work the next day, but the room beside ours turned the stay into an extremely uncomfortable one. We were placed in room 610 next to 611, where several ladies were receiving a steady stream of different men. The noise continued after we came back from dinner around 8:00 p.m. and lasted through the night. We later discovered that rooms 611 and 612 were being used by prostitutes. After 3:30 a.m., once the club in the hotel closed, even more men of various nationalities knocked on those doors. Doorbells and corridor noise kept us awake until about 5:00 a.m. I complained to reception and was disappointed that we had been assigned next to this activity if staff knew about it. We will never stay at Clifton Hotel fujirah again, and I hope management takes it seriously for future guests.

The staff were kind and very accommodating, and the stay was good. My only suggestion would be to add a little design or decoration to the room.

I arrived at night with a valid booking, but the receptionist was rude and said he didn't care if I complained and that I couldn't check in at that time. After an argument he finally let me in, but assigned the wrong room, with two single beds instead of a king. The room also smelled bad. The service was poor, the staff were unprofessional, and I don't recommend it.
