The dinner was a highlight, especially the good spread and separate BBQ corner where guests could customize their BBQ. Breakfast, however, had a limited selection and wasn't really suited to my preferences. During the Eid holidays the hotel remained calm, peaceful, and nice to look at, and the clean, tidy rooms were cozy and comfortable. Bathroom slippers and toothbrushes were missing at first, though the hotel provided them after we asked. The welcome letter at check-in was useful because it listed buffet and pool times, the WiFi password, and other information. The pool, gym, and spa were available, and free underground parking was shared with the mall. Access required the room card, with vehicles parked at the owner's risk. It was a good place to relax in Fujairah.

Mr. Fahad front office made the stay especially memorable. He was friendly, attentive, and consistently checked that everything was right, showing exceptional hospitality and service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the rest of the staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay, would recommend the hotel, and hope to return.

Fahad at the front desk gave us a smooth, effortless check-out and was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The lady who handled our check-in the night before was just as welcoming, patient, and thorough, making sure we had what we needed. Even the DoubleTree signature warm cookie on arrival added a nice touch. From start to finish, the team made us feel valued, which is what made this stay at DoubleTree by Hilton so enjoyable. I especially recommend it for anyone wanting a staycation in Fujairah City.

Haifa really stood out during breakfast. She was kind, professional, and attentive, handling everything smoothly and making sure guests were comfortable and satisfied. The hotel's facilities were also clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Thanks to the staff, especially Haifa, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The music at Streat culture bar was on point, and the drinks were very good. It has a lively atmosphere and an awesome vibe, making it a great place to hang out with friends. Lynn, Collins and fatima were friendly and attentive, while the quick, welcoming service made the visit even better. I'll definitely be coming back.
