Dream Point Hotel

The room itself was clean and fine, but the central AC setup was annoying because my neighbor had to ask me to turn it on from my room whenever they wanted air conditioning. Most of the staff had a nasty attitude and the service was horrible, except for the egyptian security guard and the Egyptian manager. The location was only okay at best.

This place isn't suitable for families. The AC temperature has to be adjusted from outside the room, and humidity made the entire floor wet. My kids started tripping while walking, so it didn't feel safe.

Dream Point Hotel Fujairah was a comfortable choice for my one-night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and maintained, and it included the amenities I needed. Friendly staff made both check-in and check-out easy. Its location was convenient for reaching the beach and main market, and the breakfast had a decent range of choices. I would recommend it for a short trip or business travel.

The building and rooms look impressive, with a modern design and beautiful new interiors, but poor management undermines the experience. The AC was controlled by the hotel rather than by guests, and our room became freezing. Reception said nothing could be done, which was frustrating and showed little concern for comfort. Loud music from a nightclub or another venue continued at night, with a beat that made proper sleep impossible. The receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful too, acting as if he understood and could solve the problem but offering no solution. It is a shame to see such good rooms wasted by poor service and ineffective management.
