The staff were very kind, and the room cleaning was okay. For me, the biggest advantage is that every room has a kitchen, although the dishes, especially the pots and pans, looked old and had clearly been used for many years and should be replaced. The 4th floor was acceptable and the furniture was in good condition. On the 5th floor, the furniture was damaged throughout and needs replacing soon, while the balcony AC units were extremely noisy. The room pictures don't match what exists now and may have been taken shortly after the hotel opened. At nearly 8000AED per month, better hotels can be found in Fujairah. For my standards, this is worth only 3 stars.

The apartment was dark and basic, with old, poorly equipped kitchen items. The washing machine for clothes was the best part. Dust covered the balcony and all the Windows. The gym and sauna advertised on the Internet were not there, and some reception staff didn't know the town's destinations. There wasn't even a map, and the staff generally lacked customer service skills.

ESHA is a reasonable choice for a family stay. Compared with conventional 3-star or 4-star hotels, it may offer fewer facilities, but the overall experience is still good. The bathrooms were neat and clean, although they smelled unpleasant, and the carpet on the floor really needs replacing.

The rooftop swimming pool is a nice feature, and there are good restaurants very close by. Although this is an older hotel apartment, it offers a pleasant atmosphere for families and friends and feels satisfying for the price.

This was nowhere near worth the money. The sofa upholstery was torn and dirty, and the whole hotel apartment felt awful, with poor cleanliness everywhere. One of the worst hotel apartments I have stayed in.
