Nour Arjaan by Rotana

Mr. Khan made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was patient, kind, efficient, and willing to help with every request, and his genuine care never felt forced. His warm manner and constant smile made us feel at home. What affected us most was how kindly he treated our child. My child even said, "He is the kindest person I have seen in this world." That says a lot about the impression Mr. Khan left on our family. His professionalism and dedication represent the hotel extremely well. Please pass on our sincere thanks and make sure his efforts are recognized by management. Mr. Khan made yesterday’s stay special, and our family will remember his kindness for a long time.

The stay felt luxurious from the beginning, with clean, spacious rooms and beautiful views. Check-in was fast and welcoming, breakfast was varied and delicious, and the pool and gym were well maintained. The central Fujairah location worked well for both business and leisure. Mr. Shabareesh deserves special thanks. His proactive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made us feel like VIPs, whether he was handling a request or simply greeting us. Ali khan was also part of the team that made the experience positive. We will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for genuine care.

Ahmed at reception made a real difference to my stay. He was welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. His communication was clear, polite, and proactive, and he handled everything smoothly. He combined efficiency with genuine warmth and went beyond what was necessary to make my experience comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Ahmed, for the excellent service.

Nour Arjaan Rotana Fujairah is in a convenient location near shops, with beautiful views of both the mountains and the beach. The service was very good, and Mr. Kamal from room service deserves special thanks for being kind and responding promptly throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
