TIME Moonstone Hotel Apartments

We booked Time Moonstone Hotel Apartment through Booking.com on Saturday, March 1, 2026, but the apartment was completely unclean when we arrived. The floors had not been vacuumed or mopped and were covered in dirt and stains. The towels were grey, worn, and seemed unhygienic. Most disturbing, bed bugs were visibly crawling on the sheets and mattress. They were everywhere, and we were horrified and disgusted, so we left immediately. I have a video but couldn't upload it, so I provided a picture. We reported everything to reception, but were told no refund could be given. The hotel does not take accountability, which is ridiculous. We paid AED 808.99 for an unsanitary and worthless accommodation, then had to find another place in the middle of the night, causing stress, inconvenience, and extra expenses. We demand a full refund and expect this matter to be taken seriously.

This was my second stay at Time Moonstone, and it was comfortable and pleasant again. The facilities were well maintained, and staying there with my colleagues was smooth and hassle-free, which made our work stay easier. Mr. Misba deserves special credit. He was genuinely kind, polite, helpful, and welcoming, and took great care of the guests. Thank you to the whole Time Moonstone team for the warm hospitality. I would gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

Our family enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the excellent service from Upkar at the front desk. He was gentle, pleasant, humble, and polite, and the stay at TIME Moonstone was generally smooth. We removed one star because there is no in-house restaurant, while delivery drivers cannot come up to the rooms, so guests must collect their own food. There is no pool, and parking is difficult because the ramp to P1 has a dangerously steep, sharp turn. The AED 100 cash deposit felt unusual, and waiting 5-10 minutes at checkout for a room inspection for "missing household items" was uncomfortable, as if guests were automatically suspected. Management should make that process less awkward.

I've been living here for a month and the environment is very good. It's convenient to get anywhere, and the room cleaning is excellent. Special thanks to Sapana and Binira for doing such a good job cleaning twice a week. I strongly recommend this place!
