The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. I also really liked the luxurious bathroom, especially the large shower and high-quality toiletries. The restaurant served excellent food, and the complimentary breakfast had a delicious, varied selection. What stood out throughout my stay was the welcoming, professional staff and their attention to detail. It was an exceptional hotel experience.

Mavia Restaurant has beautiful views from inside, while the outdoor area is perfect during winter days and at night throughout the year. It's an amazing place to relax, with friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr.AHMED BIN ZAYED and MOHAMMED NahLa.

We had the pool completely to ourselves, and the retreat would be perfect to book out for a girls' trip if you want total privacy 😍 Since all the staff are female, you can even walk around without the hijab. Loved it!

Wei Wei is what makes this experience so special. I first came in 2022, and my family still remembers her. Returning in 2025 and finding her here again made the place feel like home. She goes far beyond what you'd expect to make sure our wishes are met. She really is a desert flower.

Alya made our arrival easy, brought us welcome drinks, showed us to the room, prepared our movie night and spa night, and gave us a quick but insightful tour of the retreat. We felt as if we had the entire place to ourselves. Wai Wai also exceeded our expectations. She offered things before we even had to ask, and her excellent service made the stay feel even more special. Our Eid escape was beyond imaginable. The retreat's beauty, simplicity, and elegance created a peaceful and intimate atmosphere that felt like a honeymoon. It was truly unforgettable. Thank you for making our stay so special.
