My business-trip stay was genuinely enjoyable, and the team made me feel welcome from the start. Yasser, the hotel manager, was consistently helpful and cooperative each day, which made everything easier and more comfortable for me. Chef Christian and Chef Mohan also deserve a big thank you. They regularly checked that I had what I needed and that my meals were right, and the food was consistently good. Their kindness and attention were clear throughout my stay. It was a lovely experience with warm hospitality and great service. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel.

Beach Bay Hotel by Rotana was a very enjoyable stay, largely because of the professional and friendly team. Waitress LK made a particularly strong impression with her warm smile, kindness, and attentive service. She worked hard to help guests feel comfortable and welcome. Johal, Tilak, Miuka, and Chef Christian also deserve recognition for their excellent service, teamwork, and professionalism. Their efforts added a lot to both the dining experience and the hotel stay. Thank you to everyone for making my visit memorable. I highly recommend Beach Bay Hotel by Rotana and hope to return.

Breakfast at Beach Bay, especially the Filipino tapa by Chef Christian, was well worth adding to our stay. The beef was tender and flavorful, with the classic Filipino sweet and savory taste. I really liked how balanced everything was and how good the meat was. It didn’t feel rushed or overdone, and Chef Christian kept the dish authentic. The calm beachside setting made breakfast even more enjoyable. Fresh air, a peaceful view, and good food created a very welcoming start to the morning. Definitely worth coming back for.

Kezon gave us a warm welcome and excellent hospitality. We had booked a standard room, but he kindly upgraded us to a larger one with a beautiful sea view. That thoughtful gesture made the stay feel even more special, and we truly appreciated it. The hotel was clean, organized, and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. Kezon was helpful and professional, so I’d recommend booking with him if you visit. I would also definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Beach Bay Hotel in Mirfa gave me good service during my long stay, from 23 December 2025 to 4 February 2026. The team helped me whenever needed and made the stay comfortable. Chef Mohan Rai prepared high-quality food consistently, with impressive variety and taste. The service staff were professional every day and provided great service. I appreciate the team’s effort and would recommend this hotel to others.
