Neymar at reception deserves a special mention. He was kind, helpful, and made a really good impression. The staff in general were polite, professional, and welcoming, while room service arrived quickly. My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Mirage Hotel offers good comfort and service for a simple, budget-friendly stay. I just hope the outside of the building gets renovated someday.

Neymar always checked that we were comfortable and happy during our five days in Fujairah. Thanks to him and to the whole team for making the stay exceptional. We’ll be back soon.

Irfan handled our stay with a lot of flexibility, respect, and support, so special thanks to him. Rashida and Gloria were also incredibly kind and sweet. The hotel was peaceful and felt very safe, almost like staying with family. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last.

You get a small, basic room, but it’s very clean, and the staff are courteous. Service was quick with no long waits. Good value if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

The breakfast we paid for as a buffet turned out to be à la carte, with one sausage, one egg, a hash brown, and two slices of bread with butter. That alone wasn’t worth the money, and the rest of the stay was disappointing too. We had reserved a non-smoking room but were assigned a smoking one. It was dusty enough to affect my husband’s allergies, and housekeeping refused to replace the bedding. The TV didn’t work either, and the receptionist said it couldn’t be repaired or exchanged. We won’t stay here again.
