Fernando from housekeeping made the stay especially pleasant. He was always friendly, kind, and smiling, and whenever we met he checked that everything was alright or asked whether I needed anything. His attitude added something genuinely warm to the visit. Connaught Palace Hotel also had clean, organized rooms, a comfortable atmosphere, and a convenient Dubai location. The staff were welcoming and ready to help, which made the stay relaxing. Thank you, Fernando, and the entire team at Connaught Palace Hotel. I'd recommend it to people visiting Dubai.

The hotel has an elegant but cozy atmosphere, and its location made getting to nearby attractions and transportation easy. The staff were attentive, polite, and consistently ready to help, whether someone was travelling for business or leisure. My room was spotless, well maintained, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the fresh food and the variety at mealtimes. It was a memorable visit, and I'm looking forward to staying again soon.

Wajelha at reception made check-in much easier. She was friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to help, which made the start of my stay smooth. The location was perfect, and the room was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view. The staff were very helpful overall, and I'd definitely stay here again.

When our flights were suspended in Dubai, my friends and I unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay during a stressful and uncertain situation. The hotel team treated us with great kindness and professionalism and did everything they could to help us get through it comfortably. The rooms were excellent, and both the food and service were outstanding. Their support made a difficult travel situation much easier for us. Thank you to the whole team for the hospitality.

The front office team provided excellent hospitality throughout our current stay. I especially want to thank Mr. Tauseef, the front office supervisor, for all the support he provided. This is the best place I've stayed.
