The service made my girlfriend's birthday stay better than expected. Steve welcomed us warmly, while kelvin and Pravin made check-in and check-out easy. Morgan was also very efficient with our order in the restaurant. At the Wall climbing activity, the gentleman who helped me when I was scared to climb down made it possible for me to overcome my fear of heights. Great resort and amazing service.

The restaurant “Al Baha” was a highlight, with an excellent menu design, delicious food, friendly service, and very welcoming staff. Check-in was thoughtful too, with tea and cold towels, and the room reminded me of my village in the mountains of Syria. The pool service was great, and the activity park nearby had varied activities with helpful staff. Shish lounge has the best view, although its staff need to be more careful and respectful. The resort is away from the city, so apps like noon and careem may not be available. Getting outside supplies means driving about 20 minutes. Rooms have outdoor grill areas, but you need to bring your own meat, and there is no bar, so bring your own drinks. I would give it five stars for a family, couple, or group looking for a few quiet days away from the city.

The peaceful mountain setting and beautiful views made the resort feel calm and relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, helpful, and attentive. The reception team deserves special thanks for making check-in, check-out, and the rest of the stay easy with their professionalism and friendly support. The chef and restaurant team also did a wonderful job, the food was delicious and carefully prepared and presented.

Our family of four felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the stay. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had a stunning view, while breakfast offered a refined selection of high-quality dishes. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. I also want to mention the gentleman who helped my daughter during the via ferrata activities. His patience, care, and encouragement made it safe and especially memorable for all of us. A highly recommended stay.
