Jiji from the guest services team gave us a warm welcome by escorting us to the room and helping with our luggage. He was courteous, friendly, and made us comfortable as soon as we arrived. His service left a great first impression. Yassen at reception was just as helpful. He handled check-in smoothly, welcomed us professionally, and was always available for questions or requests. Both of them went above and beyond, and their dedication really improved our stay. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, while housekeeping was excellent. The food was delicious, and every member of staff we met was respectful, helpful, and smiling. Dianne made the best impression from the start. She welcomed us with kindness, professionalism, and friendly energy, making the beginning of our stay especially pleasant. The 2Bed room suite was comfortable and offered good value for money. With several swimming pools, including one open until 1030PM, the property works very well for a relaxed family staycation. The views and beautiful beaches were another strong point. Dianne at the front desk was super supportive and took care of all our requests. Staff at every level were helpful and service focused. An excellent property for a family getaway.

We checked in on the 8th of May, and the property was very, very beautiful. Ruwaina at reception was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help throughout our stay. Mohammed also carried our luggage to the room with kindness and professionalism. The service was excellent overall, and our requests were handled very quickly. Manish was outstanding at the restaurant and attentive throughout the meal, helping with everything at our table. Breakfast had plenty of options and was really good, though dinner was only okay and could have been better. We enjoyed the stay and would love to return. My wife shared a video on her Instagram profile, and she has already received many enquiries about the property.
