Donna and Rose from the breakfast team were so attentive and friendly, always greeting me with big smiles. They made the stay more comfortable, and the whole breakfast team was exceptional. I enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn at Dubai Festival City. The reception staff were friendly and supportive, the room was great, and the bed was comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again. A big thank you to the team.

Thisuri from room service was incredibly polite, helpful, and prompt whenever I had a question. She always had a warm smile and often brought what I needed before I asked. Her professionalism really impressed me. I’ve stayed at many hotels and rarely encountered staff like her. Her colleague Sujt was also supportive and professional. Even with the hotel very busy, they both kept the service standard high. Their work made such an impression that I’ll return because of these two team members. They’re real assets to the hotel. Ashish from the restaurant made our meals more welcoming with his kind, helpful, professional service. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options and quality food, and it was well organized each morning. The clean, relaxing pool was family-friendly and a good place to unwind. Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City was comfortable, well maintained, and suited our family well. We had a very pleasant stay, would recommend it, and would love to return.

Ms. Hashika deserves sincere thanks for what she did as lifeguard this morning. At some point between about 11:50 AM and 12:15 PM, though I’m not sure of the exact time, she bravely saved a young boy who was drowning in the pool. The CCTV footage can be reviewed. I hope management recognizes her for this heroic act. She truly deserves it. The pool was well organized, with a separate area for babies, a 4-foot main pool, readily available life jackets, and many lifeguards positioned around it and watching the swimmers carefully. Housekeeping was accommodating and quick to respond, and the reception staff were welcoming and easy to approach. The rooms were spacious and fabulous, with an amazing outside view. We were amazed by the warm welcome, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.
