We paid over 22,000 Qatari riyal plus an aditional 8,000 Qatari riyals for tax, so I expected better service and cleanliness from Vida Dubai Mall Residence. We booked through a holiday homes company and stayed for four days, but no one came to clean the apartment, despite being told the holiday homes had their own cleaning staff. At the lobby, we had more than 20 pieces of luggage and asked for help getting them to our room. We were told no staff were available, which made arrival unnecessarily stressful. I hope future guests have a better stay, but after this experience I can’t recommend this holiday home company.

The place was so dirty that I couldn’t stay there, and I had my 6-month-old baby with me. I booked through Booking with “Arami Vacations Homes” and contacted them right away to ask for a refund because I hadn’t stayed. They’re ignoring us, so I’ll escalate this to the police. Do not stay if it’s from “Arami Vacations homes”! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Delivery riders get very poor service in tower 1 and 2. The system for food deliveries is bad, Transguard security guards are very lazy, and the service lifts aren’t in good condition. Bell boys don’t help riders with orders, so there are delays every time.

King David made a great impression at Vida Residences Dubai Mall. He was welcoming from the start, attentive, and handled everything so smoothly. His professional, warm approach and real willingness to help made the whole experience easy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and he went above and beyond. That kind of thoughtful, graceful hospitality is rare.

Vida Dubai had just the right relaxed feel for a chilled escape in the middle of the city. The stylish atmosphere was lovely for unwinding, and the service was attentive. I’d definitely come back.
