Address Creek Harbour

Creek Harbour gave us a great experience from arrival onward. Check-in was smooth, and the welcoming staff were always ready to help. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, quality linens, and careful attention to details like the lighting and cleanliness. Mr. Mohammed Khaled deserves special thanks for his professional, kind, and excellent service. I would definitely return.

The lounge made our stay especially comfortable. Dinner was very good, although we liked it even more when lunch and breakfast were available. Tamina was particularly warm and welcoming, making the experience feel like home, so many thanks to her and the lounge team. Hamza at the club lounge also deserves special recognition. He was consistently kind, caring, and cheerful, remembered our food and drink preferences immediately, and often brought them before we had to ask. He made genuine small talk and always tried to make guests happy. Sharon was a huge help with our baby's meals, organizing everything so the food was fresh and ready for lunch and dinner whenever needed. Traveling with a baby is difficult, but her organization, kindness, and prompt help made it much easier. Thank you to all of them.

Michael, the manager, deserves special thanks for always being helpful and making our stay at Creek hotel and our Dubai trip so enjoyable 🤩 The staff were friendly, the food was good, and our room stayed clean thanks to regular housekeeping. They also helped whenever we had a request.

The pool team, especially Izechil, made a big difference during my stay. They were attentive, welcoming, and always smiling while making sure everyone was comfortable. Ghazi, the bellman, was also extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. The whole staff were friendly and professional, and their service made the visit unforgettable.
