Heritage living really fits this place. The rooms were very good, and being inside the market makes the location especially nice. There’s no car parking, though, which is why I’d give the location four stars. Derrick at reception was polite, helpful, and genuinely wonderful, and he even arranged a reasonable late check-out for me. I’d definitely return, especially with the range of room options and the masjid right in front of the entrance.

Hyba Heritage Place Hotel has a calm, authentic feel that brings old Dubai culture into the property. The rooms were comfortable, tidy, and clean, while the staff were consistently polite and helpful. Sightseeing is easy from here, with the Gold Souk, Spice Souk, Dubai Creek, and a metro station all close by. A good choice for anyone who likes heritage surroundings, simple comfort, and friendly service.

The staff were amazing and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable with air-conditioning. This heritage building sits in a quieter spot, but Al Ras metro and the souks are convenient, while the water taxis are only about five minutes away on foot. Breakfast was the weak point, although there are plenty of other places nearby.

A nice guest house in an excellent location. The metro and bus connections are the best part.

The staff are friendly and the location is very good, but the room cleaning needs improvement and the facilities aren’t up to the same standard.
