Airbetter Tasaheel Building

The RTA bus station is right beside the building, and there’s a supermarket, restaurant, and sheesha bar inside it. Tasaheel Building, also called Lootah Building, is in a very convenient spot in Al Qusais Industrial 4.

There’s a bus and metro option, but the apartment is far enough from the city center that you’ll need to budget for travel. We didn’t have a TV. If you’re staying several days, remember to buy paper and the supplies you need for cleaning.

The maintenance service is really bad, and the AC never seems to work properly. The AC and maintenance team don’t seem experienced. I called more than 10 times before they came to check, then they said they didn’t have the material or to call their manager, and that their duty was finished. We paid outside AC guys more than 1000 AED for services. I recommend everyone avoid renting a flat here if they want to live happily. The maintenance and management are the worst.

Minus 100 stars. There’s no proper maintenance, and recently they closed the lift and staircase for the 1st floor. In a fire emergency, there’d be no way out. The only way is to die!!!!!!
