I stayed here for almost 8 days, and the experience was the worst. They even charged me for a bottle of water instead of providing one. The older receptionist with glasses 🤓 was especially awful, with no humanity or common sense in the way he spoke. I will never visit again or recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the terrible experience and the good lesson.

The room was clean and very nice, and the hotel was good. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. Thank you, staff member Mominul.
