AL Jawhara Tower

I live in IMPZ, and a huge screen was recently put on top of this building right in the middle of my view. It looks awful and keeps distracting me wherever I look. It's very annoying.

I've had an issue with replacing the hot water tank, but no action has been taken. All I get is drama and the need to keep following up. Maintenance requests at AL Jawhara Tiger property are handled very poorly, and the admin staff, supervisor, or whoever is in charge just aren't reliable.

It's a shame the building is nice, because living here was a constant headache. After two years of trying to manage, I was relieved to move out. Maintenance and management are horrible, and the agents don't care about you, only the money. Be careful of the agent Sufi*n. They'll lie to higher management, saying they answered your calls and took care of things. The AC leaked several times, and they expected you to pay for anything under AED500, so you'd end up paying for repairs repeatedly. Customer service was awful too. Their female phone support lied, spoke rudely, and never called back when she said she would. Don't move here.
