Al Khoory Executive Hotel

INDAH, who cleaned our room 351, was so kind and helpful, and she clearly took pride in her work. She has a gentle, soft soul. I really hope her hard work is recognized and rewarded. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Reception staff were welcoming and professional, and everyone was attentive and ready to help whenever needed. The whole team made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended.

If you choose this as a budget hotel near attractions, expect problems and have a lot of patience. The employees worked hard to address them, but I won't be bringing my business back. I booked at the last minute after other well-known chains were already full. The food was good quality, inexpensive, and arrived quickly, but mine sat unattended for 20 minutes while a baby cockroach tried to get to the table and have dinner with me. It made me wonder whether the kitchen is inspected, since cockroaches can multiply by the thousands in days and a problem like that should be noticeable. My driver was punctual and waited over an hour because my 2 a.m. flight was delayed. Then I arrived to find I’d been given a lower room category than I paid for. They upgraded me to a suite executive the next day, but reservations should be honored, or guests contacted before their room is given to someone else. In room M39, the DND sign in the suite didn't work, so I had to keep telling staff verbally that I needed the room cleaned. I don't blame the cleaners, but it made me wonder if rooms are checked regularly or if the owners don't provide a budget for basic repairs. The air conditioner leaked in the first, lower-category room. In the suite executive, it wasn't working, and the nights were cold enough that sleeping felt freezing. Again, I wondered if the air conditioners are checked or if repairs aren't funded. The many positive comments may mostly reflect the staff doing their best. If you can tolerate these issues, it may suit you as a budget stay. If you want a peaceful stay without problems, pay for a more expensive hotel. For me, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Muhammad Atique made the stay stand out. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. He made guests feel welcome, answered questions, and consistently went above and beyond. Al Khoory Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and neatly arranged, and it felt relaxing from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and excellent service. Thanks again to Muhammad Atique for making my visit memorable.

We stayed five days and had a great experience. The service and staff were very good, and Mr.Austin(The Manager) was approachable and kind.
