Al Manar Hotel Apartments

After long workdays, the spacious, beautifully furnished apartment was a calm and comfortable place to come back to. I spent two months here on a business trip, and the high-quality furnishings, modern amenities, and peaceful feel made the stay luxurious and restorative. It was meticulously maintained, too. Mr. Ali and Mr. Zakariya made a big difference. They were warm and professional, helped with logistics, handled small maintenance issues promptly, and checked in to see that everything was okay. They were attentive and willing to help with requests of any size, which made the stay feel personal. The property and their support made what could have been a tiring assignment feel refreshing and very productive. I’d happily return and recommend the apartment for business or leisure. The location is decent, near Al Qiyadah metro and plenty of restaurants, and I didn’t find cockroaches or bedbugs. There were some fruit flies, probably from outside. But the hotel itself feels awful and stuck in the 80s. It needs refurbishment, and the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. They need friendlier staff, maybe women. All the staff working there were men. I stayed three nights and was given an apartment because there were no other rooms. It felt depressing and far too big for one person, with a huge kitchen and living room that I didn’t use, and a TV only in the living room, not the bedroom. Even the massive bathroom was badly designed. My room was cleaned only after I complained two days later. Come on, management, sort this out and hire happy staff.

Daniel does careful work, gets every corner clean, and finishes efficiently. He’s punctual, hardworking, and very professional. I also appreciate that he’s polite, respectful, honest, and easy to communicate with. His positive attitude and reliable cleaning service have left me very satisfied, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy cleaner.
