Hotel Aloft Dubai Creek

The breakfast could use more variety, and I wished there were more cheese in the cheese omelet. Still, I had a lovely stay at Aloft by Marriot Dubai Creek. The hotel connects directly to City Centre Deira mall, which made shopping, restaurants, and daily essentials convenient. My room was spacious, and I got a complimentary upgrade with a great city view of the creek and Burj Khalifa in the distance. Housekeeping was punctual and organized. HSU, the cleaning lady, was especially kind and polite. Since I was usually working remotely on my laptop in the room, she was considerate of my space and cleaned quietly without interrupting me. It stayed tidy and clean every day, making the stay more comfortable. I'd recommend the hotel for business or leisure in Dubai.

This was my third visit, and each stay has been warm and welcoming. I was only there for one night this time, arriving at 7:00 AM well before check-in. One staff member helped with my laundry and arranged to have it back by the end of the day, while another surprised me with an early check-in just before 8:30 AM. She said she knew I was tired and needed rest, and couldn't let me wait that long. That kind of hospitality keeps bringing me back to Aloft Dubai Deira.

Direct access to shopping malls from the main TV lobby made it easy to shop and find entertainment, and there were various activities and facilities to enjoy. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay at Aloft Dubai and would happily return.

We asked about checking in early, and the receptionist kindly offered us a 3 PM check-in with a creek view, even though we'd booked a city view. It felt like a lovely upgrade. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, and genuinely warm. We'd definitely come back.
