Mam Ayesha at reception was one of the most professional, polite, and respectful staff members I've met. Her customer service was outstanding. She explained every detail clearly so guests could feel comfortable and weren't left confused. Thank you, sister, for your kindness and amazing service. Your positive attitude and hospitality are a big reason customers would want to return to this hotel.

The rooms were nice, and at least we got to enjoy Boracay night club, which provided some entertainment. Still, we arrived at 430pm with four rooms booked, and only one room was ready until around 645pm. Other customers arriving at the same time had the same issue. We understand it was peak season, but management should have been prepared for the full bookings. Nobody came to explain the delay. I feel sorry for the reception staff, who had to receive the complaints without anyone from management there to support them. The TV didn't work until we called service. Children below 5 years weren't allowed in the swimming pool. We understand that's the policy, but parents should be able to take responsibility. We had paid for BF, but when we came down, the system wasn't updated and they couldn't find our rooms as having BF available.

We stopped in just to try the well-known all-you-can-eat buffet, especially since pork is on the menu. If roasted pork or oven-dried pork is what you’re after, this is the spot. There’s paid parking right outside the building, usually available at 10 AED per hour.

The bathroom setup was a problem for us: glass doors separate the toilet and shower, making the space feel tight, and the bathtub is very high, which didn’t seem safe for a child under five. We also couldn’t use the TV because the screen was only in Arabic, and no one changed it when we asked. The orange scent in the hallway was far too strong and irritating. I booked expecting my family, especially my child, to enjoy the stay, but we couldn’t use the pool after being told by email that pools weren’t for kids and the jacuzzi and other facilities were unavailable. We’d chosen the hotel thinking my child could swim. We arrived before the 2pm check-in time, yet weren’t checked in until 2:45pm. There were very few people waiting at reception, but staff were slow and said their systems weren’t working. The service felt lazy and poorly handled. Calling customer support from the room got no answer or call back, and they weren’t helpful. That was my honest experience. I wouldn’t book here with family if you’re counting on using the facilities.
