The staff made the stay feel special. Everyone was kind, easy to approach, and ready to help whenever I needed something. Mr.Andy took especially good care of us, and I’m grateful for that. We arrived to a clean, peaceful, well-kept guest house and felt welcome right away. It was comfortable and easy to relax here. We left with lovely memories, and I’d happily return. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable place and caring service.

We stayed at the Heritage Home Guest House from December 22nd to 23rd. For the price, especially in Dubai during winter, it’s hard to beat. The historic district and Al Ghubaiba Metro are nearby, so getting around was easy. The place has a distinctive cultural feel you don’t get at a standard hotel, and the amenities were well maintained. Our room felt authentic and still had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We were in room 105, right beside a main passageway, and could hear people walking and talking during the day and evening. Light sleepers may want to ask for a room farther from the shared walkways. Even with that noise, I’d come back. The charm and price make it a great stay in Old Dubai.

I spent 7 days here and found the neighborhood very quiet. The hotel has an exotic feel, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the Metro Railway Station. For a walk through Dubai Old City, it’s about 20 minutes along the river, passing the Gold Market on the way. Sameer and his brother are there every day, and they’re both friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend.
