We asked Maria to arrange an engineer for that problem. When we arrived at Apartmend D Block 3007 (D3007), DAMAC PARAMOUNT BUSINESS BAY, no receptionist was on duty. We immediately contacted Maria from Almass Holiday Homes, who said she'd reach the property. It took close to forty five minutes for a bellboy to arrive and help with our luggage. That was an early sign that the service was lacking. With the delayed assistance, poor service, missing basic amenities, and no hot water, we asked Almass Holiday Homes for urgent technical support and a partial refund. The stay fell short of the comfort and quality we expected.
