The corridors and rooms smelled awful, and the room was filthy. There were cockroaches in the room, including on the bed while I was sleeping, as well as in the dressing area and bathroom. The sheets had spots, the towels were dirty, the floor was greasy, and the bathroom door was broken. The shower ran so slowly that it seemed easier to wash under the basin tap. The AC blew smelly air, and I’m sure it had never been cleaned either. They don’t provide room service daily. It’s only available on request, and even then they just dust, without taking care of the rest. The experience was pathetic. I was stuck there because I’d paid in advance after looking at the pictures online. I’m never visiting this place again. It’s the worst room you could get.
