City Avenue Hotel

For a three-star hotel, it’s not bad. The location is handy, with supermarkets, restaurants, and small shops selling things for 1-10AED nearby. The reception staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. Room service was fantastic and very helpful, especially Mr Subhan from Pakistan. He did his job like someone at a five-star hotel, kept smiling, and helped us a lot. I’d recommend asking for him if you stay here. The breakfast wasn’t very good, especially since we paid for it. Thanks.

The room was clean and the stay felt comfortable and relaxing. Sabiya, the hijab-wearing lady, was very friendly and welcoming, and her hospitality and service were excellent. She kept the room clean and was always helpful. If I come back, I’ll choose this place again because of her 🤍

City Avenue Hotel Deira was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Sajid deserves special appreciation for being courteous, professional, and warm whenever I had a request. He was always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth and enjoyable. Staff like him are a real asset. Highly recommended.

We ended up making two bookings, which caused extra expense, stress, and inconvenience. When we had a problem with our Agoda booking, the reception staff kept saying it was our fault because Agoda is a third-party platform. They didn’t try to help us contact Agoda or explain what to do. One receptionist even told us we should go to the beach, which felt rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We left feeling blamed, dismissed, and unsupported. Staff should handle booking problems calmly and professionally, and management needs to address the attitude and customer service at reception. I have proof that Agoda emailed me about the date mistake, but the staff insisted no email had come from their side.
