Connaught Palace Hotel Dubai

The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety, and the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and transport. The atmosphere felt elegant but still cozy, suitable for either business or leisure. Staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. My room was spotless, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was a memorable experience, and I'd recommend Connaught Palace Hotel for its comfort, service, and pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to returning!

I want hotel management to know about the Pulse lounge. I met a woman through a social media site after she asked to meet. I met her in the lobby, and she took me straight to the lounge as though she was going to pay. She ordered an expensive drink and expensive sheesha. Thankfully, I asked after her first drink who would be paying, and she said I would. I stopped any further orders, paid the bill, and we both left. She acted as if she was going home too, but a few minutes later she returned to the hotel. I feel this isn't just about her. This lounge seems to be run by girls who trap people into spending money, and the prices are way too high. Anyone visiting the hotel should be careful, you could end up in a trap.

The hospitality was excellent, especially from the front office team. This is the best place I've stayed, and special thanks to Mr. Tauseef, the front office supervisor, for all his support during our current stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view, and the hotel's location was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Wajelha at reception. She was efficient, went above and beyond to help with check-in, and made my stay much smoother. I'd definitely stay here again.
